The Dining Room Manager assists in the operation of Il Buco Alimentari, with a specific focus on service in the dining room and Alimentari, supervising all FOH staff, and ensuring service and operations meet il Buco standards.
This position is intimately involved with service during multiple meals periods, training of staff, the upkeep and development of new hire training materials and ongoing staff education.
Ensures a great guest experience, positive employee morale, with maximum sales and profitability. Ensure compliance with all DOH, and Labor laws, and help to create a progressive environment that is in compliance with non-discrimination and anti-harassment laws.
